Sjöblom Freij Arkitekter was founded by Jacob Sjöblom and Axel Freij 2015. With experience of working in Sweden and internationally with public buildings as well as housing and interiors, the practice has gained knowledge about the process of building in all stages.

We aspire to create architecture that is contemporary and responsive to both physical and cultural contexts and characterised by the quality of detailing and construction. The practice works across all scales, contexts and building types, both in Sweden and internationally and aims to collaborate with various professions.

The practice has expertise in a wide range of physical and digital techniques for design development and representation, from physical model making and photography to computer visualisation and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
